What is Ergonomics?
The word "Ergonomics" comes from two Greek words "ergon", meaning work, and "nomos" meaning "laws".
The goal of ergonomics is to design jobs to fit people. This means taking account of differences such as size, strength and ability to handle information for a wide range of users.
